    A true test of the legs, body and mind. The Road Alpine Escape is designed to push the body to its extreme, testing yourself over the toughest terrain, but in a social style.

  • Fully Supported

    Ride with the Band of Climbers team on the road, and enjoy van support at all times on our road Escape. Ride Semi Supported on our Gravel Escape.

The Galibier is Back

Back for 2024, we're super excited to have the Col du Telegraphe and majestic Col du Galibier in our Road Escape for 2024. 2019 was the last time our Escape crossed these Cols, and we can't wait to get back there with an all new, 4000m Queen Stage on day 5 of the Road Escape.

The Gravel Escape

Introducing the first ever Alpine Gravel Escape. Ride higher than the highest Cols, up to 3000m in altitude. Experience rugged, wild terrain and landscapes, untouched by tourists, cars and people. The Gravel Escape is a truly epic adventure.

Exclusively Social

With a maximum of 12 guests per Escape, and just 2 Escapes per year, our Alpine Escapes are designed to allow us all to make new friendships with riders from all over the world. Our Escapes are an adventure, not a race. Ride in a social style and make life-long friendships.

Alpine Recovery

Stay in our Alpine guesthouse near Bourg St. Maurice. Our hosts Kerry and Serge prepare daily continental breakfasts to fuel each big day of riding. At dinner, you'll enjoy 3 course dinners made with locally sourced fine ingredients. Wine, beer and soft drinks are all included. Relax in the outdoor hot tub or recover in the infra-red sauna.

Expert Support

Our Road Escape is fully supported with vehicle support to carry your kit, ride fuel and mechanical support. Our Gravel Escape is semi supported, with a rescue service in the event of mechanical failure. In both Escapes, you can ride with the BoC team with up to 3 guides on each ride.
